A little guide

  1. Open a document. Choose a PDF or drop one into the workspace.
  2. Fill existing forms. PDFs with form fields open ready to fill. Type into highlighted fields, tick checkboxes, or choose options. Fill forms reactivates them after using annotation tools. Answers stay editable in saved drafts and downloaded PDFs. Scans and flat PDFs use the Text tool; scripted calculations, XFA forms and digital signing are not supported.
  3. Type on the page. Choose Text and click to type. Drag the corner to resize the box or the grip to move it. Click away or press Ctrl+Enter to place text; Escape cancels. Click your text with the Text tool to edit it again at the same page orientation. Standard Latin characters are supported.
  4. Make it yours. Drag with Highlight, Draw, or Cover. Undo and redo as you go.
  5. Organize your pages. Navigate, rotate, or delete pages with the controls below your document.
  6. Keep your work. Save draft stores an editable copy in this browser. Download PDF exports the document with your edits.

Edits are added on top of your PDF; original text is not directly rewritten. Cover hides content visually and is not secure redaction. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first. Saved drafts are local to this browser and can be lost if browser data is cleared.
